Property Asset Management (Industrial & Logistics Portfolio)

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Newly Qualified - Senior Surveyor Commercial Property Manager to join a growing real estate investment and advisory platform. The role focuses on the day-to-day management of a diverse UK industrial and logistics portfolio, with exposure to asset management initiatives such as refurbishments, leasing and acquisitions/disposals.
This is a hands-on position that requires strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to build positive relationships with tenants, contractors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day property operations of an industrial and logistics portfolio.
* Prepare and oversee service charge budgets.
* Monitor lease compliance, rent collection, and tenant engagement.
* Coordinate refurbishments, fit-outs and maintenance programmes.
* Carry out site visits, inspections and contractor oversight.
* Support asset management projects, including leasing, acquisitions, disposals and refurbishment strategies.
* Contribute to broader portfolio strategy and performance reviews.
About You:
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial property management.
* Ideally MRICS-qualified (or working towards).
* Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive, hands-on approach.
* Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
* Confident using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
