Your Role as Room Leader:
Create engaging, age-appropriate experiences that support children’s development
Lead by example, fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment
Support staff with high-quality observations and updates on EyLog
Champion the key person approach to build secure attachments
Maintain accurate records using EyMan and ensure EYFS compliance
Safeguard the wellbeing of children, staff, and families at all times
What We’re Looking For:
Level 3 Childcare Qualification
– Essential
1+ Year Experience in Early Years
– Essential
6+ Months in a Senior Role
– Desirable
Strong understanding of
EYFS
and
Ofsted standards
Fluent in
written and spoken English
