Mil Clerk - Information Support Assistant/HR Admin - Cpl 1. Provide staff support to Comd Grp and G5 Staff as required including managing Brigade Stationary requests though CP&F. 2. Conduct SharePoint Team Site Administrator (TSA) tasks in accordance with Army HQ Site Standards, creating Team Sites, Document Libraries and managing permissions to SharePoint Team Sites. 3. Provide 1st line assistance with iExpense, JPA application processes and personal records maintenance. 4. Setup and prepare HQ conference facilities, including specialist media equipment, assisting with the booking management. 5. Coordination of Staff meetings, including administrative support to Ceremonial Operations in the AOR (e.g. Op UNICORN, Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo etc.) 6. Responsible for ODR admin support, management of LUMS accounts and the Brigade FOE, including the input of CHURCHILL events. 7. Responsible for the coordination of the Bde DOWNREP and COS Conference. 8. Assistant to SO2 G1 Pers for the Army in Scotland Trust.
