Typical day as a Housing Management Worker Be our property housing expert, delivering a top notch housing management service to our customers. Support residents in managing their tenancies and rent accounts, including assistance with housing benefit claims. Ensure housing benefit payments are received and correctly applied to rent accounts, manage the admin updating records, ordering, and arranging payment for works to be done Take the lead in quickly turning around vacant bed spaces, helping new customers move in without delay. Maximise occupancy levels by keeping the same scheme running efficiently and responsively. Maintain full health and safety compliance across the schemes at all times. You bring A background in property management, but that?s not a deal breaker! Perhaps you?ve worked in an environment with compliance and health and safety checks ?
