Who Are We Looking For?
The Senior bartender will be passionate about all drinks, as well as warm hospitality with an attentiveness towards guests. They should also have great knowledge of service and food, to be a rounded individual so as to provide an exquisite experience for the guest. They should be able to work well within a team, supporting the head bartender and Bar Manager in being able to effectively deliver consistent and delicious drinks, and willing to support in extra duties within and outside their remit all in the aim to exceed expectations and provide support to fellow team members.
They should have at least 2 years of experience in a comparable position and environment. It is essential they are passionate and knowledgeable about bars and cocktails and willing to share their ability to be a part of a thriving dynamic team, which will deliver the highest bar experience through confident service.

Support the Head bartender with the maintaining presentation and service standards
Train and assist develop the bartenders service and skills on the bar
Working with all teams within the Hotel, to ensure all staff and guests receive warmth and generosity.
Assist the bar manager in the good management of stock and health and safety standards
