* Developing and implementing clear case strategies that align with both client objectives and the firms commercial goals.
* Supporting senior lawyers and partners on high-value and multi-million-pound catastrophic injury claims.
* Delivering high-quality legal services that meet client expectations, business requirements, and professional standards.
For all roles, responsibilities will include:
* Complying with internal procedures, client service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and established protocols.
* Meeting agreed financial and performance targets.
* Ensuring timely billing and effective recovery of work in progress and disbursements.
* Providing accurate and timely management information.
* Applying up-to-date legal knowledge and relevant case law to each matter.
* Identifying and managing risk and compliance issues, escalating concerns to supervisors when appropriate.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships while representing the firm professionally at all times.
* Supporting business development initiatives and client relationship activities where required.
* Continuously developing technical expertise through training, professional development, and industry publications.
About You

* A strong commitment to compliance with firm policies, procedures, and professional standards.
* Sound legal knowledge relevant to your area of practice.
* The ability to approach legal issues with a commercial and client-focused mindset.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* A collaborative approach, with a willingness to share knowledge and support colleagues.
