We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Evening Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our onsite cleaning team and ensure our high standards of service are consistently delivered. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll guide your team, maintain quality standards, and make sure every evening shift runs smoothly. What You’ll Be Doing Leading and overseeing the onsite evening cleaning operation Organising team workloads, ensuring all areas are covered efficiently and to a high standard. Managing stock levels and ordering cleaning materials through approved suppliers. Keeping equipment in excellent working order — arranging repairs, replacements, and regular service checks. Identifying and removing any unsafe equipment, reporting faults promptly. Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety, COSHH, hygiene standards, fire safety, and all Sodexo and client policies. Spotting hazards around the site and taking action to maintain a safe environment for all building occupants. Promoting a positive safety culture and supporting your team’s well‑being and development. What We’re Looking For Proven cleaning experience, with previous responsibility for supervising or leading a team. Solid knowledge of professional cleaning practices, COSHH, and Health & Safety regulations. A confident communicator who is organised, reliable, and able to motivate others. Someone who can work independently, use initiative, and adapt to changing demands. A team player with a proactive, flexible approach to work.
