Our client is a small, multi-discipline firm based in Cardiff. They are offering an exciting opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to join their property team. Offering whichever way of working you find the best for you - remote, hybrid or office based - and an excellent standard of training, this is not an opportunity to miss out on.
Duties
* Handling the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, new build transactions, re-mortgages, right to buy and help to buy schemes, from inception to completion
* Using the Case Management System to keep your files organised and updated
* Supporting the business in achieving the expected targets in the given timescales
* Be a knowledge base for any conveyancing questions
You
* You must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience running a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing matters - the minimum requirement is to be confident in running freehold sale and purchases
* Driven and ambitious

* Proactive and self-motivated

* Annual salary £30,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience
