Job Description
As a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor, you will manage the day to day delivery of cleaning services across multiple locations. You will support operatives, carry out audits, manage stock, ensure compliance and maintain strong working relationships with customers and colleagues. You will oversee training, team development and operational performance while ensuring each site meets agreed service levels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support and guide operatives to achieve required service levels
2. Complete regular checks and cleans in line with site specifications
3. Respond to cleaning requests and follow company procedures
4. Maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
5. Control stock levels, equipment and store room organisation
6. Record site visits and complete required documentation
7. Carry out flushing tasks and other compliance related activities
8. Complete inductions for new colleagues and contractors
9. Undertake monthly audits and work to reduce customer complaints
10. Recruit, train and support mobile cleaning team members
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
11. Ability to supervise and develop cleaning teams
12. Strong understanding of cleaning operations across varied sites
13. Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices
14. Proven experience within the cleaning industry
15. Ability to travel regionally with access to suitable transport
16. Strong communication and customer service skills
17. Ability to maintain compliance with statutory and contract requirements
18. Ability to manage stock, equipment and site documentation
19. Strong problem solving skills and a focus on achieving high standards
20. Ability to build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues
