What you’ll achieve
As a Marketing Director you will lead the UKI marketing operations. This is a strategic and hands‑on role that is critical in driving brand visibility, marketing engagement and commercial growth across the UK region.
You will work closely with global and regional teams to ensure alignment with corporate strategy while tailoring initiatives to local market dynamics. Working with an extended highly skilled team you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the UK marketing strategy in alignment with global objectives.
* Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital content, events and PR.
* Collaborate with product marketing, sales and communication teams to support go‑to‑market plans and customer engagement.
* Manage the UK marketing budget ensuring ROI‑driven decisions.
* Build and mentor a high‑performing UK marketing team.
* Represent the UK marketing function in global leadership forums and contribute to cross‑regional initiatives.

Essential Requirements
* Proven experience in senior marketing roles ideally within healthcare technology or B2B sectors.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Experience working in a matrixed international environment is a plus.
