About the Role

The successful candidate will support the smooth operation of the school office, ensuring efficient day-to-day administrative processes. You will assist with correspondence, record-keeping, scheduling, and general office tasks, contributing to the smooth running of the school.

Key responsibilities include:
• Managing emails, phone calls, and reception duties as required
• Maintaining accurate student and staff records
• Supporting administrative processes for school events and communications
• Assisting staff and students with administrative enquiries
• Ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation


The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in administration or office support preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Confident using IT systems including Microsoft Office
