Job Opportunity: Senior HR Business Partner
We are seeking immediately available Senior HR Business Partners who are ready for a new challenge.
In this role, comparable to an HR Director level in a smaller organization, you'll operate strategically to enhance business performance in collaboration with operational leaders.
The organization is undertaking several change initiatives aimed at fostering high performance and engaged colleagues. You will support multiple international geographies, requiring a versatile and adaptive approach.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Supporting organizational change related to structure, systems, and culture.
2. Applying change management skills to facilitate smooth transitions.
3. Engaging with diverse stakeholders and demonstrating strong communication and influence skills.
4. Implementing innovative HR initiatives to drive performance and growth.
Ideal candidates will have proven experience delivering large-scale change within globally dispersed communities. The ability to start immediately is highly advantageous.
This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days in the office and monthly travel to a Southern-based office. The position is interim, lasting 6 to 12 months.
