We are delighted to be recruiting for a Debrief Clerk/Transport Administrators for a well-established company in the Leeds area.
This is a temp to permenant position.
The role you will involve liaising with drivers upon return to depot and dealing with day-to-day operations regarding vehicle records.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Debrief returning vehicles.
* Report any defects, damages, or safety issues.
* Communicate with Drivers regarding the daily runs and any issues that may occur.
* Assist with loading and unloading of vehicles
* Download returns sheets and some other admin duties.
* Update Daily statistics regarding the depot.
The ideal candidate will:
* Understand transport legislation and logistics operations is desirable.
* React to problems promptly.
* Strong communication skills.
* Competent use of Microsoft, particularly Excel.
* Be confident to challenge vehicle issues with our drivers.
Hours of work:
* Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off
* Start/Finish time: 6am - 6pm
