The Role & Responsibilities
As a key member of our MOT and service department, you will be responsible for:
* MOT Inspections: Conducting tests on cars and light commercials in line with DVSA standards.
* Diagnostics & Repair: Identifying and resolving a wide range of mechanical and electrical issues.
* Quality Assurance: Ensuring every vehicle meets our strict safety and workmanship criteria.
* Professional Standards: Maintaining a reputation for honesty and clear professional advice.
* Teamwork: Working collaboratively across a high-capacity facility to hit daily goals.
What We Are Looking For
* Certification: A valid MOT Tester's licence is essential (training may be considered for highly experienced technicians).
* Experience: Proven ability to diagnose and repair a broad range of vehicle makes and models.
