About the Role
We have a new opportunity to work as a Rapid Response Care Worker. For this role, you must be a driver with a full, clean driving license and access to your own vehicle.
As a Rapid Response Care Worker, you will be covering the Winsford and Northwich area. The successful candidate will be required to attend calls on a last-minute basis due to sickness or urgent referrals. You will be responsible for providing short-term care to help customers recover after hospital stays. This role helps customers rebuild confidence in daily tasks and supports their return to independent living.
£13.25 per hour - Block Pay.
Since each day varies, you’ll need to think on your feet, filling in for regular teams while maintaining high standards of care.
A smile is essential to brighten each Service User’s day when they welcome you at the door, along with a good ear to listen to their life stories.
You don’t need to be an excellent cook, but being able to make a good cuppa is essential.
Timekeeping is crucial; you should arrive on time, listen carefully, understand, and care.
