* Take ownership of delegated initiatives and drive them to completion independently

* Anticipate needs, surface risks early, and proactively remove blockers
Project Execution & Change Delivery
* Lead and support cross-functional projects from inception through delivery
* Execute change management, operational improvement, and process optimisation initiatives
* Drive follow-ups, ensure accountability, and maintain momentum across senior stakeholders
* Bring clarity, structure, and outcomes to ambiguous or fast-moving situations
Technology, Automation & Ways of Working
* Actively leverage technology to improve efficiency, visibility, and execution
* Quickly learn and optimise existing tools across project management, collaboration, automation, and reporting
* Identify opportunities to introduce or improve systems, workflows, and automation

* Prepare high-quality briefings, summaries, materials, and executive updates
* Act as a calm, credible interface between senior leadership and the wider organisation
Operational & Ad Hoc Support

* Apply a "no job too big or too small" mindset when it materially supports business outcomes
* Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Our Environment
* Global, remote-first organisation with entities and teams across the UAE, Vietnam, and the UK
* Flexible working is offered and supported, with an equal expectation of flexibility to meet the needs of the business, leadership, and clients
* Fast-paced, scaling, and evolving — change is constant, not occasional
Experience & Background
Essential

* Proven experience executing projects independently on behalf of senior leadership
* Experience working in global, multi-country, multicultural organisations
* Strong exposure to operational, transformation, or execution-heavy environments
* High levels of technical competence and confidence using modern business tools

* Technically capable and curious, with a strong interest in tools, systems, and automation
* Confident, clear communicator with excellent written and spoken English
* Commercially astute with strong judgement and discretion
* Pragmatic, hands-on, and outcomes-focused
* Able to balance tact, empathy, and diplomacy with directness and pace
Mindset & Ways of Working
This role will suit someone who:
* Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
* Is comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities
* Prefers action and impact over process for process' sake
* Brings structure without bureaucracy
* Is motivated by execution, trust, and influence rather than visibility or title
* Takes pride in being dependable, effective, and calm under pressure

* Operating independently across multiple initiatives with minimal oversight
* Clear visibility of priorities, projects, and risks across the Chief of Staff / BizOps remit

* Consistently driving complex initiatives to completion across regions and functions
* Clear improvements in operational rhythm, accountability, and delivery
* Meaningful efficiency gains through improved workflows, tools, or automation
* Recognised internally as a reliable, credible, and effective operator
* Senior leadership feels materially better supported, enabled, and unblocked
