About the Estates Surveyor role
Day to day, you'll be:
* Managing transactions including sales, purchases, lettings, licences and development opportunities.
* Ensuring compliance with the Renting Homes (Wales) Act and Rent Smart Wales.
* Working with internal teams, external partners, and legal advisors to ensure sound estate management.
* Supporting improvements in property management systems and digital records.
* Providing expert advice and helping resolve property challenges such as boundary disputes.
What we're looking for
* A Chartered Surveyor with proven property management experience
* Confident managing residential property sales and lettings
* Knowledgeable in property law, insurance, and compliance
* Skilled in communication and relationship building
* Aligned with values of fairness, integrity, and purpose
* A holder of a full, clean UK driving licence
