Band 2 Receptionist (CAT 2 Orthoptics)
This is a fixed-term post for 9 months to cover maternity leave, part-time for 26 hours per week.
The post includes working shifts Monday to Friday between 8 am and 5 pm.
The Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust, Head and Neck Directorate, is seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking individual to join our Reception team.

Responsibilities include welcoming patients, preparing patient files for clinics, being the first point of contact for patients attending clinics, and arranging follow-up appointments before patients leave.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and be willing to multitask under busy and challenging conditions.
