Job Role
9. Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
10. Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients.
11. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring all food safety regulations are adhered to.
12. Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service periods.
13. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
14. Help in the training of new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety practices.
15. Ensure all equipment is maintained in good working order and report any issues promptly.
Your Skills and Experience
16. Previous experience as a cook or in a similar culinary role is preferred but not essential.
