We are currently looking for Health Care Assistants (Band 3) to join our team. The role is part of a ward team caring for patients who have undergone surgical procedures and those with acute or chronic health conditions.

Responsibilities
* Take observations and assist patients with personal care and mobility.
* Provide the highest standard of customer service to patients.
* Perform a mixture of night and day shifts.
* The post holder will be an integral part of the nursing team, actively meeting the needs of patients and the service under the direct supervision of a registered nurse.
* The post holder will continue to develop essential competencies through training and practice to ensure safety and quality are the priority.
* We attract individuals who are new to care; you will receive support to complete the Band 3 competencies and progress into a Band 3 role within six months upon successful completion of all required competencies. Until then, you will be placed at a Band 2 salary.
