Assist the Despatch and Stores OTL to manage Despatch operations and staff within the area to meet the company objectives and key performance indicators as detailed in the Business Plan. Pay rate: £14.73 per hour Permanent/full time Shift: Monday to Friday: 08.30-17.00 Duties/responsibilities: Co-ordinating the team and operational needs of the department – order creation, picking and loading. Liaising with the Group Transport team Updating daily operational trackers. Aid with administration duties through Innova and SAP. Collating and managing demand vs stock requirement. Produce and review stock rotation reports escalating any potential risks to the Shift Manager. Liaise with all other functions to ensure smooth running of the department. Ensure all Pre-Start checks, and Covid-19 checks are completed and updated daily, as per Site Policy. Trailer Checks. Equipment Inventory Checks. Picking and Loading when deemed necessary. Effective co-ordination of stock movement within the department. General housekeeping duties within the department.
