Experienced Groundworker – Devizes/Wiltshire Area

We're currently looking for a confident, experienced Groundworker to join our team — someone who can hit the ground running and maintain the high standards our clients expect.
The Role
You will carry out all aspects of groundworks and hard landscaping on a variety of sites across Wiltshire. From setting out levels to laying foundations and finishing driveways, you’ll be expected to work efficiently, safely, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities
* Excavating and preparing footings and foundations
* Laying drainage, ducting, and services
* Foundation blockwork up to DPC
* Kerbing, slab laying, driveways, and hard landscaping
* Concreting and formwork
* Operating plant machinery (dumper, roller, excavator)
* Setting out levels using laser levels and reading site drawings
* Supporting site managers in keeping the site safe, tidy, and productive
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in groundworks (minimum 5 years preferred)
* Skilled with tools and plant relevant to the trade
* CSCS card and full UK driving licence essential
* CPCS or NPORS qualifications (advantageous)
* Excellent attitude towards teamwork, health & safety, and quality of work
* Reliable, punctual, and proactive – someone who takes pride in a job well done
* Flexible to travel around Wiltshire (transport provided where required)

Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 7:30am – 4.30pm (1 hour break)
Occasional weekend work available
