Job Description:
The HR Operations Manager is responsible for leading a HR advisory function, managing a high-performing team that delivers expert support across all stages of the employee lifecycle.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract offering hybrid working arrangements.
Requirements:
* Experience managing or leading HR Shared Services or advisory teams
* Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practices
* A customer-first mindset focused on service quality and operational performance
* Experience using data, SLAs, and KPIs to drive team performance and continuous improvement
* A calm, delivery-focused approach to managing priorities, change, and ambiguity
Desirable:
* Leading a motivated Tier 2 HR advisory team supporting colleagues across the employee lifecycle
* Participating in strategic HR transformation projects, including self-service and automation initiatives
* Collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
* Influencing service design and delivery to enhance colleague experience and operational efficiency
* Contributing to an inclusive and innovative environment where your ideas and leadership make a difference
