A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a commercial property Solicitor/Legal Executive to join a well-regarded law firm in the heart of Cheltenham. This role is ideally suited for a candidate with 5 years' PQE upwards, looking to take on a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The role:
You will handle a varied caseload of commercial property work, advising a loyal and growing client base. Matters will typically include:
* Leasehold and freehold transactions
* Sales and purchases
* Commercial leases
* Refinancing
* Landlord and tenant matters
You will also play an active role in business development, with the opportunity to bring or build your own network of contacts.
About You:
* 5+ years PQE in commercial property
* Confident, commercially minded and client-focused
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Business development experience and drive to grow your practice
