Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) – Paul Garvey Personal Training
Location: Bugbrooke, Northamptonshire
Salary: £42,000–£44,000 per annum (OTE £48,000–£50,000)
Hours: Monday–Friday | 07:30–17:30 + Overtime (paid at 1.5x)

What You'll Be Doing
* Electrical fault finding and repairs on production machinery
* Carrying out planned and preventative electrical maintenance
* Supporting mechanical tasks when required
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies
* Working closely with the Engineering Manager to maintain smooth plant operations
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a Maintenance Engineer in food manufacturing, cold storage, or similar environments
* Strong electrical skill set with relevant certifications (NVQ / City & Guilds)
* Knowledge of PLCs, motors, sensors, and electrical control systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Mechanical knowledge is an advantage
