Team Educate is on the lookout for a Branch Manager to oversee our Welsh office based out of Cardiff Gate. We currently have an elite team made up of 4 consultants and 1 resource and compliance administer with the plan for a lot of growth over the coming years. We now feel the team would benefit from a senior member of staff coming in to manage a desk and manage the branch, working closely alongside the current team as well as our Director and Senior Team Leaders based out Bristol. We are an established Education Recruitment Agency who has grown from strength to strength since we opened 4 and a half years ago and have already built an amazing reputation across 3 locations and are a trusted provider to the clients we work with. We are now a very reputable agency within Wales, working from our office in Cardiff Gate.
The Branch Manager would be responsible for growing and maintaining a busy desk with the option to come in and manage a warm desk, servicing Cardiff schools. This is due to a member of staff migrating oversees, and the current desk is billing between days weekly. The Branch Manager must have experience within this sector but not necessarily experience as a Branch Manager and senior consultants and team managers in previous roles would be considered. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and be a key asset to the company and our current team. We have big plans for growth over the coming years, and plan to build an even more successful office employing more consultants and a bigger team throughout Wales.
Full time position (Monday Friday)
~ GBP28,000 - GBP36,000 starting salary + progression + commission (depending on experience)
~ Working hours 7 00 Monday Thursday 7 00 Friday (term time only)
~ Warm desk available in a Cardiff patch currently doing (Apply online only) days per week
