We deliver consulting and managed services to transform and optimise ways of working for more than 230 customers through the provision of specialist knowledge across the Oracle product stack – Oracle Fusion Cloud for ERP, HCM, and EPM, eBusiness Suite, JDEdwards, Peoplesoft, and Hyperion, including extensive expertise in Analytics, Infrastructure, and Integration.
Our growth has been organic and through acquisition, most recently of EPM and Analytics experts Qubix, adding 170 specialists to our team.

You’ll have:
o Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud – UK Payroll (must-have)
o Bonus points for expertise in Absence Management, Benefits, or Compensation Workbench
o OTBI reporting and/or SQL knowledge
o Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

You will have expertise in:
o Oracle HCM Cloud – UK Payroll (Essential)
o Configuration skills in Fast Formula, element design, payroll process flows, and calculation cards
o Design workshops and documentation of solutions
o Creating sales bid responses, pre-sales demos, and providing product credibility
o OTBI Reporting and SQL Knowledge
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
