RoleandResponsibilities:
* Customerliaison; welcoming patients ensuring fivestar service is deliveredat all times owning the patient journey from enquiry to initialvisit with the clinic to followup
* Sales: products and booking ofnew patients
* Coordinate frontdesk activitiesensuring smooth flow at all times working closely with Managementand Directors to ensure fivestart customer delivery at alltimes
* Diary managementadministration ensuring correct and optimalbookings
* Performing a variety ofadministrative and clerical tasks offering administrative supportacross the organisation
* To promoteand recommend products and services maximizing opportunities forsales and referrals advising patients on treatmentsavailable
* To manage cash petty cashdaily accounting banking and payment systems according to companypolicies and procedures
* SupportingDoctors and Aestheticians with ad hocduties
* Stock management andmonitoring collections and deliveries including unpacking ofstock

Requirements
Thefollowing experience/skills will ensure you are successful in thisrole:
* Provenwork experience in a similar role /admin role / receptionistrole
* Passion for and knowledge ofthe aesthetics industry and keen to be part of a growingbusiness
* Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice Suite and CRM systems
* Honestyand integrity
* Solid written andverbal communicationskills
* Multitasking andtimemanagement skills with the ability to prioritisetasks
* Customer service focused witha can do attitude
* Weekendavailability
* Knowledge of Arabic is aplus!
