We're currently looking for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor, who will deliver excellent service standards while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules. We cover a vast array of clients ranging in location between cities such as Newcastle, Sunderland and Durham.

Pay: £12.60 per hours
Location: Multiple (Mobile)
Role Responsibilities:
1. Manage multiple sites, including recruitment and staff development.
2. Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard.
3. Provide technical training and ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed.
4. Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels.
5. Address issues professionally and escalate to line manager when necessary.

6. Previous supervisory and/or cleaning experience.
7. Strong communication skills and professional attitude.
8. Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently.
9. Ability to follow schedules and lead teams effectively.
10. Self-driven, open, and committed to continuous improvement.
