Wound Care Specialist (Territory Business Manager)
Location: Lancashire, South Cumbria, and North Cumbria (Field-Based / Remote)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Travel: Up to 50–60% (company vehicle provided)
Salary: Competitive base salary + OTE (incentive plan)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Wound Care Specialist to join a leading healthcare organisation dedicated to advancing clinical outcomes and supporting healthcare professionals.
In this field-based position, you’ll be responsible for driving growth within the Wound Care portfolio across the North West region. The role blends clinical expertise with commercial awareness, offering the chance to build strong partnerships within NHS Trusts, Community Services, and Primary Care Networks.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver the organisation’s wound care value proposition, driving formulary inclusions across Integrated Care Systems (ICSs).
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, procurement, and medicines management teams.
* Develop and execute regional business plans to grow market share and achieve sales targets.
* Identify new business opportunities and provide strategic input to increase product adoption.
* Deliver clinical training and education to healthcare professionals to support best practice in wound management.
* Manage key accounts effectively using professional CRM tools.
* Analyse territory data and report on performance, trends, and opportunities.
* Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of marketing and sales initiatives.
About You:
* Bachelor’s degree (Life Sciences, Nursing, Business, or related field) or equivalent experience.
* Strong background in wound care, with experience in either a clinical or commercial environment.
* Proven ability to develop relationships and manage key accounts across the healthcare sector.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
* Based within Lancashire, South Cumbria, or North Cumbria.
