We are currently recruiting for a temporary Neighbourhood Officer to support housing and community services across the Coventry area, with occasional travel to Worcester and Birmingham as required.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced housing professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality neighbourhood management services and building strong community relationships.
Location Primarily based in Coventry, with occasional travel across Worcester and Birmingham.
Contract:
1. Temporary assignment
2. Approx. 3 months initially

Key Responsibilities of a Neighbourhood Officer:
4. Managing a designated neighbourhood patch
5. Delivering effective tenancy and estate management services
6. Responding to anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches
7. Carrying out estate inspections and property visits
8. Supporting residents with tenancy-related queries and issues
9. Working collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies
10. Ensuring communities are safe, clean, and well maintained
11. Handling safeguarding concerns and supporting vulnerable tenants
12. Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring compliance with housing policies
Requirements of a Neighbourhood Officer:
13. Previous experience within a Neighbourhood Officer, Housing Officer, or Tenancy Management role
14. Strong knowledge of housing and tenancy management practices
15. Excellent communication and customer service skills
16. Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
17. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
18. Flexible approach to travel and hybrid working
