Essential Skills


* Minimum 1 year’s office experience
* Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal)
* Ability to prioritise workload and work in an organised manner
* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in daily tasks
* Polite and professional telephone manner, with a positive, ‘can do’ approach
* Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with colleagues and clients
* Good computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Experience handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality
* Strong team player with the ability and confidence to work independently when required


Desirable Skills


Previous experience in administration within a commercial setting

Understanding of office systems, document management or project support

Experience supporting senior managers or departments in a fast-paced environment


Role Overview


A boutique product merchandising company with an extensive client portfolio is looking to recruit an Office Administrator for its Brentwood office.


This is a varied and exciting role for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who can manage their own workload and adapt to a dynamic environment. Working closely with senior team members, the successful candidate will provide administrative support across departments, ensuring that office operations and client activity run smoothly and efficiently.


Duties include preparing documentation, updating databases, assisting with scheduling, handling internal communications, and supporting general office coordination. The Administrator will play a key role in delivering a professional experience both internally and externally.


The position suits someone who takes pride in organisation, accuracy, and communication, and who enjoys being part of a collaborative and supportive team.
