We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations & E-Commerce Assistant. This is a varied role that will suit someone who enjoys working across multiple areas of a growing business — from managing online sales channels to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Update and maintain product inventory in our internal systems.
* Manage and update content on our website.
* Oversee and optimise our eBay listings and sales.
* Manage social media platforms and assist with digital marketing.
* Pick and pack orders when required.
* Prepare and despatch wholesale orders efficiently and accurately.
* Handle billing, invoicing, and basic administrative tasks.
* Communicate directly with customers and suppliers, providing excellent service and support.
Qualifications
* Previous office experience is essential, with a strong background in administrative roles preferred.
* Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required; experience with QuickBooks is advantageous.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Experience in clerical roles is beneficial, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
* Knowledge of Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is preferred.
