About the role
We're looking for a friendly, organised Admin Assistant to be the first point of contact for customers and to support our busy office team.
Hours: 07:30–16:30, Monday to Friday
Location: Peterborough (PE2) – on-site

What you'll do
* Answer incoming calls and emails; handle queries or route to the right person
* Make outgoing calls to residents to advise/confirm appointments
* Scan and file paperwork; keep records up to date.
* Serve customers at the trade counter; issue delivery notes accurately
* General admin for the wider team (photocopying, data entry, post, supplies)
What you'll need
* Confident, professional phone manner and great people skills
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* Comfortable with MS Office / Google Workspace (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Able to multitask and work to deadlines in a fast-moving environment
* Previous admin/reception or customer service experience (preferred)
