Secure and protect our customer's assets and people by providing security services in line with Assignment Instructions and any subsequent updates.
Responsibilities
* Protect customer property, people, and assets by following Assignment Instructions and updates.
* Deliver results that meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators/Service Level Agreements to aid contract retention.
* Undertake additional training for continuous self-development.
Main Duties
Operations
* Ensure compliance with policies, legal, and regulatory requirements as directed by the Security Account Manager and UK law.
* Fully complete all tasks defined within Assignment Instructions.
* Review and adapt to changes in Assignment Instructions, suggesting improvements.
* Maintain required industry licence, including front‑line licence and CCTV PSS SIA Licence, and other contractual courses.
* Comply with legal obligations and safety requirements.
* Follow procedures without unnecessarily challenging authority.
* Work systematically and orderly.
Training
* Complete required competency training.
* Undertake additional training as directed by the Security Account Manager.
* Use technology to achieve key objectives and develop expertise.
* Renew licence 16 weeks before expiry.
Security and Health & Safety
* Identify and report health & safety hazards promptly.
* Remain alert to threats and react to reduce risks.
* Use common sense and involve others when situations become threatening.
* Maintain professional conduct with difficult customers.
* Record incidents promptly for reporting.
* Adhere to schedules and demonstrate commitment.
* Ensure check calls are made on time.
* Call emergency services and Communication Centre for all incidents.
What We Are Looking For
* Previous security experience.
* SIA License.
* SC Clearance desirable.
