Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an MOT Tester at our Oxford location. The MOT Tester will be responsible for carrying out MOT tests in compliance with DVSA standards, identifying necessary vehicle repairs, and ensuring all work is performed accurately and efficiently. Maintaining high-quality service standards and excellent communication with customers and team members will be vital to the role.
Qualifications
* Experience in performing MOT tests and inspecting vehicles to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
* Proficiency in vehicle repair and diagnostics
* Strong attention to detail and skills in identifying and documenting automotive issues
* Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team and with customers
* Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a busy garage environment
* Relevant certifications, including a valid MOT Tester license, are required
* A full, clean UK driving license is essential
* Previous experience working in a similar role within the automotive industry
