Duties & Responsibilities
* Oversee the full procurement cycle for beef, lamb, and poultry products.
* Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, traceability and reliability.
* Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules to drive efficiency.
* Monitor and forecast demand trends to optimise inventory and minimise waste.
* Support the growth of B2B client relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
What Experience is Required
* Proven experience in meat procurement, with specific knowledge of halal meats.
* A background in B2B sales, with a strong record of developing client relationships.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
