We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to lead the day-to-day operations of the Coffee Shop at Windsor Farm Shop. This role is key to delivering a seamless and high-quality customer experience, while providing operational guidance and support to the team.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and adapt daily operations to ensure a smooth customer experience
2. Assign team responsibilities based on footfall to maintain service standards
3. Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback
4. Conduct inductions for new team members and identify training needs
5. Resolve customer complaints and ensure proper documentation
6. Manage stock transfers, wastage records, and participate in stock takes
7. Ensure compliance with HACCP procedures and complete due diligence paperwork
8. Maintain and update risk assessments and communicate business updates
9. Report and follow up on maintenance issues
10. Open and close the Coffee Shop and act as duty manager when required
11. Administer First Aid and follow emergency procedures
12. Serve as a key holder for the Windsor Farm Shop
13. Ensure adherence to Crown Estate policies, including cash handling and uniform standards
