Hays HR are recruiting for a fantastic financial servicespany, based in Cardiff. They are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Advisor with Employee Relations experience, particularly in performance management and long-term sickness.
Your new role
As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in the HR team, in delivering high-quality HR support across the full employee lifecycle.
Reporting to the HR business partner, your key responsibilities are:
1. Provide expert ER advice and guidance, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management
2. Support the delivery of manager training on performance management
3. Assist the HR team and managers with documentation, scheduling, and note-taking for meetings
4. Contribute to reports and data tracking for ER trends and oues
What you'll need to succeed
5. Proven experience in HR and employee relations, with a strong understanding of current employment law
6. Excellent stakeholder management ability
7. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
8. Excellentmunication and organisational skills
9. Sound judgment, discretion, and emotional resilience
10. CIPD qualification is desirable
