This is a strong opportunity for an ambitious automotive sales professional to join a busy dealership selling both new and used vehicles, with a clear path to manufacturer accreditation and excellent earning potential. The team is already performing strongly, with one of the six current Sales Executives averaging above the £60,000 OTE. Responsibilities Selling both new and used vehicles within a busy main dealer showroom Managing customer enquiries from initial contact through to handover Delivering a professional and consultative sales experience Achieving individual and team sales targets Maintaining strong product knowledge and completing manufacturer accreditation Requirements Previous main dealer Sales Executive experience A proven track record in automotive sales Strong customer service and communication skills Target-driven and motivated approach Full UK driving licence Salary and Benefits £12,000 basic salary, £14,000 once brand accredited OTE £60,000 Company car 23 days holiday bank holidays Monday–Friday 8:30am–6:00pm, Saturday 8:30am–5:00pm (5-day week) Bank holidays on a rota 10:00am–4:00pm For Sales Executives looking to join a busy main dealer with strong earning potential and a proven sales team, this opportunity in Canterbury is well worth exploring.
