About the Role
As a Store Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring full compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. You’ll be responsible for achieving financial targets, developing your team, and creating a positive, inclusive store environment. No prior experience with pawnbroking is required; we provide training.

* Coach, develop, and inspire your team to meet quarterly goals and deliver their best every day.

* Lead by example to deliver service excellence, ensuring every customer receives the right product or service for their needs.
* Set clear expectations and ensure full adherence to legal, regulatory, and company standards to maintain a safe and secure environment.
* Drive performance, control costs, and identify growth opportunities to ensure consistent profitability.
* Collaborate with the wider regional team, sharing best practices and supporting overall business success.
* Plan and implement new initiatives effectively, ensuring smooth integration with minimal disruption to customers and colleagues.
What We’re Looking For

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
* Previous experience as a Store Manager or remote manager in a financial services or customer‑facing environment.
* Multilingual skills are a bonus; not required.
