With over 100,000 customers, this role will be to lead on their marketing strategies to grow and engage their community.

This role is 3 days per week in the central London office and 2 working from home.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and build campaigns around trending topics to amplify their reach
2. Championing consistent brand voice and message across all marketing channels
3. Tracking and measuring ROI between channels and conversion metrics
4. Build a connection with small business customers and topics they are interested in
5. Planning and supporting the execution of nurture campaigns, sponsored social media, web SEO/SEM and display advertising
6. Owning the website to improve usability for their customers and conversion
7. Leading on their acquisition, community and product marketing strategies
