We’re looking for an enthusiastic, imaginative, and caring Creative Host to join our team! In this fun and varied role, you’ll be responsible for delivering joyful, memorable experiences for children and families through hands-on activities, engaging entertainment, and warm, attentive care.
As a Creative Host, you’ll work across our Creche and Kids Club, lead daily crafting workshops, assist with evening entertainment and immersive experiences, and support our reception team during peak periods. Key Responsibilities
Childcare & Activity
* Care for and supervise young children in our safe, welcoming Creche and Kids Club.
* Plan and deliver age-appropriate games, crafts, and interactive activities.
* Ensure the wellbeing, safety, and happiness of every child in your care.
Creative Workshops & Experiences
* Run engaging daily crafting sessions that spark imagination and creativity.
* Help develop and deliver immersive themed experiences and seasonal events.
* Support evening entertainment programs, including silent discos, bingo and more.
Guest Interaction & Front-of-House Support
* Provide a warm, friendly welcome to guests and assist with queries in-person and over the phone.
* Support the reception team during busy periods, helping with check-ins and outs, bookings, and general guest assistance.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Naturally creative, fun-loving, and confident engaging with children and families
* Energetic and adaptable, with a positive outlook and team-player mindset
* Comfortable performing or speaking in front of groups (for themed immersive experiences)
* Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
* Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Qualifications & Experience:
* Experience working with children in a professional setting (e.g. childcare, education, entertainment)
* Creative/artistic background a strong plus (crafts, drama, music, etc.)
* Paediatric First Aid and DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
* Customer service or reception experience desirable but not essential
