Experienced Conveyancing Case Handler
Location: Milton Keynes
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (Monday to Friday)
Salary: From £28,000 per annum (DOE)

Our client, a reputable and well-established legal firm, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Case Handler to join their growing team. You will manage your own caseload of diverse residential conveyancing matters within a supportive and collaborative environment. This role is ideal for someone ready to take on greater autonomy while developing their career within a thriving and ambitious business.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
* Draft and review contracts, leases, transfer deeds, and other legal documentation
* Conduct property searches and handle related investigations
* Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and third parties to ensure seamless transactions
* Maintain accurate and well-organised case files
* Ensure full compliance with legal regulations and industry standards.
About You
* Proven experience handling UK residential conveyancing cases (essential)
* Strong working knowledge of UK property law and conveyancing procedures
* Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple files effectively
* Proficient in legal case management systems and relevant technology.
