Head of Finance – Watford
Salary: £95,000–£115,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Location: Watford office based
The RoleWe are seeking a Head of Finance to lead the UK finance function, driving strategic growth and ensuring robusternance across a regulated environment. This is a pivotal leadership role, reporting to the UK Managing Director and partnering closely with global stakeholders.Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
2. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and statutory reporting.
3. Ensurepliance with UK GAAP/IFRS and regulatory requirements.
4. Lead internal controls, risk management, and audit processes.
5. Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team.
6. Partner with operations,mercial, and supply chain to optimise profitability.
What We’re Looking For
7. ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with significant post-qualification experience.
8. Proven track record in senior finance leadership, ideally in pharma or manufacturing.
9. Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting standards.
10. Excellent stakeholder management andmunication skills.
11. Ability to lead change and implement process improvements.
