What you’ll do The Team Lead is responsible for coordinating and managing an efficient process and personnel deployment with the aim of maximizing output and quality. The Team Leader is in constant contact with a wide range of internal production units. A shift operation is implemented to ensure that customer requirements and high delivery performance are met.
