YOUR CORE PURPOSE WILL BE:
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, ensuring they are comfortable and clean for our guests:
* Thoroughly cleaning guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
* Changing bed linen, replenishing bathroom amenities
* Identifying and reporting any maintenance issues or damage to guest bedrooms
* Ensuring the security of guest bedrooms and the privacy of guests
* Providing friendly and efficient customer service to guests
* Attention to detail ensuring guest rooms are cleaned to the required standard
* Ability to manage time efficiently and complete tasks within deadlines
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests
* Flexibility and willingness to adapt to different situations and tasks
