We're looking for an experienced and motivated Dental Nurse Co-ordinator to join our expanding team. Based at our Head Office in Lower Wortley, Leeds, this exciting role involves regular travel to our practices across the UK, ensuring consistent nursing standards and supporting the growth and development of our dental nurse workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Group Head Nurse, you will:
* Support the development and implementation of training plans for all nurses company-wide
* Assist in the day-to-day management of nursing teams across all locations
* Oversee and deliver nurse inductions for new starters
* Assess staffing needs and support the recruitment team in hiring decisions
* Provide on-site support to practices when needed, maintaining clinical excellence and consistency
* Act as a liaison between nurses, management, and clinical leads to ensure communication flows smoothly
* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and best practice guidelines
* Foster a positive and supportive culture across all teams
What We're Looking For
* GDC-registered Dental Nurse (essential)
* Previous experience in a senior nursing or nurse management role
* Strong understanding of clinical governance and compliance
* Confident in leadership, delegation, and team development
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable
* Comfortable with frequent travel across the UK (company travel expenses covered)
* Full UK driving licence (preferred)
