Area Sales Manager ? North Region
We are seeking a smart, passionate, and driven Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic Sales Team and support continued business growth. This role covers the North Region and sits within an agile, forward-thinking organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales budget within their assigned territory and for developing both new and existing customer relationships within the Pumps Distribution Channel.
What you will do
* Achieve company sales targets and contribute to the execution of action plans.
* Identify new business opportunities while maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing customers.
* Provide short-term sales forecasts and manage product mix to support company objectives.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system, including prospects, customers, offers, and market activity reports.
* Gather and report insights on competitor products and promotional strategies, sharing findings with the marketing team to support strategic adjustments.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Strong written and spoken English.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
* Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience of selling within the pump market or another technical product to HVAC and building services would be an advantage.
* Potential to develop from a relevant internal role to external for the right candidate.
