As the Temporary Talent Acquisition Team Coordinator, you will ensure efficient coordination across the entire recruitment lifecycle, as they enter a busy phase of recruitment!
Starting ASAP, this full-time role (37.5 hours per week) will be ongoing for around 3-6 months, with potential to go on longer term as well. Once trained, there may be the opportunity to work on a hybrid model basis.
Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.
Temporary Talent Acquisition Team Coordinator Responsibilities
* Provide full administrative support and drive process efficiency for the full recruitment lifecycle
* Maintain up-to-date adverts on an intranet site, careers pages and external job boards.
* Manage the team inbox and answer calls, serving as the first point of contact for the team
* Manage the company review platforms, providing personalised responses
* Liaise with recruitment agencies, maintaining and updating records
* Maintain up-to-date, accurate records and trackers
* Support the implementation and act as a super user for TA tools and systems
* Provide administrative support for TA strategic projects as required

Temporary Talent Acquisition Team Coordinator Requirements
* Proven experience of supporting a busy HR or TA team in an administrative capacity
* Computer literate, with good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
* Experience of applicant tracking systems (ATS) would be desirable
* Highly organised with great attention to detail
* Helpful, approachable and customer service orientated
* A collaborator, who can communicate effectively with both internal and external teams
* A problem solver, who can work with minimal supervision
